After you purchase your shoes, skechers.com will send email notifications as the order moves through processing. The following lists the status messages and their meanings to help you understand your latest order update. The status of your order is available in Your Order History after you place an order. Your order is updated each time your order moves a step further in the process. Please note: You may log into your account to update the shoes in your order within the first few hours. Some orders may contain shoes that ship separately by different carriers and/or shipping methods. The individual shoe status for orders that are shipped via multiple methods is also available in My Account.

SKECHERS - Order Confirmation: This message confirms the date of your shoes purchased, and the total dollar amount of your order.

SKECHERS - Cancel Order Confirmation: This message confirms that your order has been successfully cancelled. It will include a reference code and credits to your account.

SKECHERS - Shipped: Your SKECHERS shoes have shipped from our warehouse and are on their way to your shipping destination. This message will include tracking information so you may see the status of UPS Services.

Purchase Policy

If you need to change the color, quantity, or style on your SKECHERS shoe or clothing purchase, please log in to cancel your current order and make a new purchase.

Returns are processed within 4-6 weeks. To check the status of a return please log in after 4 weeks of shipment to track your return. Under the "status" section in your account processed returns are listed as "returned"

Orders of multiple shoe and clothing styles may arrive in separate boxes and may be shipped separately.

You will receive your SKECHERS in 4-10 business days or sooner from your purchase date. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, and US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii may experience extra shipping time.

Delivery Information

SKECHERS ships most orders via UPS Ground or by Federal Express Home Delivery within two days of placing your shoe purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

Packages shipped to a military address or a PO Box will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Edit or Cancel My Order

Requesting to Edit Your shoe and clothing Purchase Within the first few hours of placing your shoe and clothing purchase, you may edit or cancel your shoe and clothing purchase in “My Account.” If you would like to edit or cancel your shoe and clothing purchases, please click here.

If you are unable to make these changes to your shoe and clothing purchase in your account, SKECHERS may still be able to cancel the order, before it is sent to our warehouse to ship. Please call customer service at 1-800-746-3411 Mon-Fri 8am-1pm Pacific Standard Time.

*SKECHERS cannot guarantee that any shoe and clothing purchase can be canceled. In an effort to deliver your shoes and clothing as quickly as possible, SKECHERS sends your shoe and clothing purchase to the warehouse nightly. Order Status Information

If you provide a valid email address when you purchase your online shoes and clothing, you will receive two e-mail messages.

1. The first email will have the subject “skechers.com Order Confirmation". This E-mail confirms your shoe and clothing purchase was received and is being processed.

2. The second email will have the subject "Shipment from skechers.com". This E-mail confirms shipment and contains your UPS or FEDEX tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Returning Online Orders

If you're not happy with your skechers.com purchase, you can return your purchase through the mail by sending it back. SKECHERS guarantees your satisfaction 100%.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, fill out the return form completely and return it to us within 45 days of shipment. Click here for return form. Your order number is required for processing your return and is printed on the box label right after the “Cust PO #” and should start with the number 4 or 5 (Ex: 50000012).

If you’d like to return your skechers.com purchase, please send the original packaging and shoes or clothing unworn to our return department.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, regardless of reason, please follow the directions below:

Placing an Order

Purchasing shoes or clothing on skechers.com is easy. Just follow these steps:

Finding shoes and clothing:

You can browse shoes and clothing by gender, style or brand by using the menu/navigation bar on the left hand side of the page.

Adding Shoes or Clothing to Your Shopping Cart: When you have selected the SKECHERS or designer brands shoe(s) of your choice, first select the color and size and then click the “Add To Shopping Bag” button on the product detail page. This will take you directly to the shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping just click the “Continue Shopping” button. You may view your shopping cart at any time by clicking the “Shopping Bag” button at the top of every page.

Fill your shopping cart with the SKECHERS you would like to purchase, review all the shoes, sizes and quantity you have placed in the shopping cart. If you decide that you no longer want a particular shoe, click on the “remove" checkbox. Once you have completed selecting shoes for purchase, click the “Checkout” button.

Apply Discount: When on the “Shopping Cart” page please enter the discount code in the box labeled “promotional code” and click the “apply” button to activate the discount code. Verify the discount amount has been applied and click the “Checkout” button, then the “Continue” button after you verified your billing and shipping information is valid. Once you have confirmed your shopping cart is correct, click on “Place Order” to complete the steps to process your shoe or clothing purchase.

An Important Note on Entering Your Bill to Address When using a credit card to purchase your shoes or clothing, please be sure to enter your correct billing address. skechers.com uses this address to verify authorized use of your card. The billing address you enter is checked against the billing address that the credit card company has on file for your card account. This address usually appears on your monthly statements. skechers.com will not process any shoe purchase where the address entered at checkout does not match the address on file with your credit card company. Once a shoe purchase is cancelled, it cannot be restored by customer service for your safety and security.

CVV Code skechers.com requests that you enter the three to four digits CVV code located on the back of your credit card. CVV codes may be located on the front and the back American Express cards, depending on the issuing bank. This number is used to verify the authorized use of your card. Your shoe purchase will not be processed without this code.

Shoes In Stock Shoes that display on skechers.com are currently in stock. To ensure shoe availability, skechers.com carries 48 pairs per size on all shoes that appear on skechers.com. In rare cases, SKECHERS may run out of inventory due to a shoe’s popularity. If that is the case, your shoe purchase will be canceled and you will be notified via email.

Out of Stock Shoes: If you cannot find a shoe you are looking for, it may be available in one of our SKECHERS or retail partner stores. Use the store locator to find a SKECHERS store near you.

You may also send an e-mail to info@skechers.com requesting information regarding the shoe, style, size, and color you are interested in purchasing. A SKECHERS service representative will reply to let you know if and when that style/color/size will be back in stock. If it is no longer available, SKECHERS will send you a list of similar shoes currently available at skechers.com.
