Once you’ve created your account, proceed to “My Order History” where you will see a link to credit an in-store purchase to your account.</p>

<p>We accept credit/debit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept SKECHERS Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards and credit card gift cards. SKECHERS.com does not accept credit cards issued by banks outside the United States.</p>
<p>When filling out credit card information, please enter your name exactly as it appears on your card. For our customers’ protection, transactions cannot be processed if the billing information is not 100% accurate.</p>

<p>If it doesn’t fit, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply return your unworn item(s) within 45 days of shipment for a refund. To return your purchase:</p>
<ol>
<li>Sign in to <a href="/secure/account/home">My Account</a> and select “Order History”.</li>
<li>Find the order associated with the item(s) you wish to return, and click the “View Order” button.</li>
<li>From the Order Detail screen, click the “Return Item” link next to items marked as “Shipped” to generate a printable return form.</li>
<li>Separate the return address from your completed form at the perforation, include your form with the original packaging, and attach the return address to the outside of your package. You are responsible for return shipping costs.</li>
<li>Please retain your tracking number as proof of delivery. SKECHERS is not responsible for items lost in transit.</li>
