<span class="sub-header">Caring for Your SKECHERS Footwear</span>
<p><b>Performance Shoes</b>: Hand wash performance shoes with cold water using a damp cloth with a mild detergent. Allow them to air dry naturally after washing, as heat from the dryer can damage the sneakers. DO NOT put athletic sneakers in the washing machine or dryer.</p>
<p><b>Nylon/Mesh Shoes</b>: These materials can be sprayed periodically with a silicone spray. This will protect the upper part of the shoe from gathering or clinging dirt, and make the material somewhat water repellent. DO NOT put nylon/mesh shoes in the washing machine or dryer. DO NOT immerse in water.</p>
<p><b>Smooth Leather Shoes</b>: These shoes will require cleaning and care with shoe creams or polishes. Select a neutral shade or color nearest to the color of the shoes. Wipe the leather with a damp cloth to remove dust, and wait until dry to apply shoe polish/cream. Never polish wet shoes. DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer.</p>
<p><b>Scuff-Resistant Leather Shoes</b>: Remove minor scuffs by rubbing them with your hand. The natural oils in your hand will restore the original look of the leather. For deeper scrapes and scuffs, use a soft and neutral polish. This process moisturizes and replenishes the natural oils in the leather, leaving a shiny coating that will prolong and sustain its wear. DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer.</p>
<p><b>Suede Shoes</b>: Brush dry suede shoes with a soft brush or dry rubber sponge to remove any clinging dirt. Regular use of a soft brush will keep the nap of the suede free from dust. Stubborn stains should be removed with a commercial stain remover suitable for suede. DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer. DO NOT immerse in water.</p>
<p><b>Nubuck Shoes</b>: Brush dry nubuck shoes with a soft brush or dry rubber sponge to remove any clinging dirt. Regular use of a soft brush will keep the nap of the nubuck free from dust. Stubborn stains should be removed with a commercial stain remover suitable for nubuck. DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer. DO NOT immerse in water.</p>
