We want our customers to be happy with your purchases at skechers.com. You can exchange your purchase through our Easy Exchange process.

Shoes that are unworn can be exchanged or returned. Make sure the fit is acceptable before wearing the shoes outdoors. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, fill out the exchange/return form completely and return it to us within 45 days of shipment. Your order number is required for processing your return.

If you’d like to exchange or return your skechers.com purchase, please send the original packaging and shoes unworn to our exchange department. To exchange shoes, please fill out the return form enclosed in your package and mail your merchandise to our warehouse. Click here for return form.

Whether you are making a return or an exchange, skechers.com policies are:
  • For exchanges, we will refund any money to the same credit card if the new purchase price is less than the original price.
  • For returns, we will refund your credit card for each pair of shoes received.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks processing time for refunds or exchanges.
  • If you choose to return your purchase by mail you will not be charged an additional shipping and handling fee for an exchange when we ship the item(s) back to you.
