If you provide a valid email address when you order your online shoes, you will receive two e-mail messages.
  • 1. "Subject skechers.com Order Confirmation". Email confirms your shoe purchase was received and is being processed.
  • 2. "Shipment from skechers.com". Confirms shipment and contains your UPS tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you. Shoe purchases with more than one item may ship separately. In this case, you will receive shipment confirmations for each purchase with individual tracking numbers.
You are able to track a package the following four ways:
