SKECHERS Direct processes most returns within 20 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
Important: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. To return an item(s) purchased at a SKECHERS Retail Store, bring the unworn item(s) back to the store of purchase with the original receipt and box. You will have the option to exchange the item(s) or return your purchase for a full refund/credit.Back to Top
We do not currently offer exchanges on SKECHERS Direct. If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order and return the first pair.
