Skechers Plus is a loyalty program through which members can earn points and redeem them for reward certificates and other offers. Skechers Plus members will also receive the benefits listed below, with more benefits to unlock as they become Silver tier and Gold tier members.

You can earn points in two ways:

• By making a purchase in a Skechers owned retail store, at skechers.com, or on the Skechers app.
• Engage with Skechers Plus digitally by answering surveys, participating in quizzes, and much more! Access these opportunities in your Skechers Plus account online or in the Skechers app.

Points will not be awarded for Skechers merchandise purchased at non-Skechers stores, Skechers gift card purchases, tax, and shipping fees. Points can be earned for purchases made with gift card payments.

Tier qualification is based on total spend in a membership year and completing your online account. To qualify for Silver tier members must spend $175 in a membership year, and $350 for Gold tier. In addition to the spend requirement, members must complete their online account to receive access to Silver and Gold tier benefits.

You have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to submit a missing points request and be credited. To submit a request for an in-store purchase, please click here. 

To submit a request for an online or app purchase, please email customer care at [email protected], and provide a copy of the receipt, or provide the following information in your request: Store City/State, Invoice number, Date of purchase, First and last name, Sub-total of purchase. For in-store purchases, members must wait 24-72 hours after the purchase date to submit a missing points request. For online purchases, members must wait 24-72 hours after the shipping date to submit a missing points request.
