I love these shoes (the D'Lites). I finally figured out that because Sketchers doesn't make them in a women's size 10.5 I could buy the women's 10 in WIDE and although they are a pinch shorter than what I would like, they do fit, without being too wide. The 11's are just plain too big for me.

SKETCHERS: Please consider adding Women's 10.5 to this line of shoes. Or, if you do make them, please make them more widely available because I can't find them.

I love Shechers shoes. I usually buy a new pair every year. I just purchased the gray and pink D'lites. When trying them on, the left one seemed to be smaller than the right one. The quality of this pair doesn't seem to be as high as the other pairs I own. Not sure if the material is different or what, but they are definitely not as nice as the other pairs. Definitely not impressed with this pair of Skechers.

              Q:

Does this sneaker give ankle support? Is there another sneaker that gives better ankle support? Thanks!

                A:

The D'Lites sneakers have good ankle support with a full collar and supportive panels. You may also like a high top sneaker such as the Hi-Lites designs for added ankle support.

              Q:

Recovering from a broken foot. Doctor recommends transitioning out of my medical boot into a stiff, very structured athletic shoe. She mentioned Skechers. Went I went to local Skecher store today, they recommended the D'Lites. But do not carry them in inventory. Which type of D'lite would be the best in terms of structure and support - not flexible in the sole at all. Thank you

                A:

I would recommend the D'Lites or a similar structured sneaker design. The newer D'Lites such as the Me Time have a bit more comfort in the shoe due to the Air Cooled Memory Foam insole. I can also recommend the Encore or Energy models.

              Q:

Last time I went to my local shoe store, I was told that my d'lites were no longer being made. This was just a few months ago. I see, in June, you said they're returning very soon. It's September, so are they available now? I really need a new pair and I don't want to waste my money on shoes I don't like.

              Q:

Have been wearing D'lites for years and love them. Lately have not been able to find them anywhere and on this site they seem to always be out of stock. SO, I have been forced to purchase a different Skecher which I hate. The D'lites are comfortable and offer support. My back doesn't bother me when wearing these shoes but with the other pair with the memory foam and little heal my back hurts all the time. Those shoes I'd like return but too late. :(

Yes! The popularity of the classic D'Lites models has prompted Skechers to start making new models of the D'Lites shoes, all of which are coming with Memory Foam insoles. Look for several new D'Lites models coming soon to skechers.com.

The D'Lites are a somewhat older shoe design, but it sells well on skechers.com - the good news is that there is going to be a revival of the D'Lites design very soon with several new shoes coming. The Centennial and Extreme models appear to be coming back into stock around mid to late June as well.
