These are incredibly comfortable and easy to wear. However, they do run large and wide. I have wide feet so I don't mind but the more you wear them, the more they stretch out. I've only had them for a couple weeks but I wear them (inside) daily. As of today, they're now to big and are almost impossible to wear. I took my usual Skechers size of 8. These will probably have to be donated to someone with larger feet. In that regard, they were a total waste of money for me. They're super comfortable but if you're going to order, go at least 1/2 a size down.

Did a 4 day walking to all the Disney parks and not once did my feet hurt even after 6 hours of walking. But because of the heat my white socks all faded with the colors of the inside of the shoes. Next time I will wear colored socks.

          Q:

Are these meant to be worn with or without socks?

            A:

Either should be fine - the shoes have a nearly seamless design so they will be comfortable without socks.

            A:

That style D'Lites - Resilient does not come in a white color, and was not made in a Wide Fit version. There is a white sneaker mule model of D'Lites that comes in a Wide Fit, the Bright Sky style 11933, and the size 10 is due back in stock in mid April or so.

It is very likely that a size 11 will fit - these are known to have a fairly roomy fit.

          Q:

Hi, are these shoes vegan? I love skechers mules but a lot of them have leather. These appear to be vegan except for the top where it laces. I am hoping this is a synthetic material. Thank you.

            A:

Yes, these shoes are vegan. Most of the shoes are made from knit fabric, the smooth parts are synthetic. No animal-based glues are used. We have a Vegan category under Technology that you can use as a reference to view only shoes classified as Vegan.

          Q:

Why did skechers discontinue the Shape-Ups? If you go online Amazon and any other place that allows comments, many people found comfort in these shoes including myself having nerve damage. The sandals are wonderful w/yoga foam and purchased half a dozen this past summer. My problem is I am not finding a replacement Skechers in a sneaker that provides as much cushion and comfort!!

            A:

There were several significant reasons behind the Shape-ups no longer being made, but it is possible they could be brought back. Many customers are discovering the new Skechers GOwalk Joy shoes, which have a similar comfort design.

          Q:

Hi, Tim. I just purchased these in the navy color. They're are wonderful! As others have requested; we'd love to see them in gray - similar to the non-vegan option. Any updates on that happening? I know you've addressed this question early but let's be honest, it's now "later" and we're all still patiently waiting. FYI - Gray goes with everything. Due to a permanent foot injury, I have to wear a slip-on style shoe. My only other good choice is your Gratis No Limits - a fine shoe but not as cushioned. Please update if possible. Thank you for your time.

The New Leaf sneaker clog absolutely comes in a gray/white color, it's just out of stock currently. Looks like a big shipment is due around late August, so it will be back in stock very soon.

        • D'Lites - A New Leaf

          Q:

So, I've had a pair of Bright Sky for years and have started wearing them full time for my work. I obviously needed to replace them and I ordered the Resilient and A New Leaf. I didn't even try them on when they arrived and sprayed them with fabric protector (I do this with all of my shoes!). Anyway, I slipped on my beautiful hot pink A New Leaf and found them waaaay too loose! It's like they're extra wide, but this style isn't offered in wide. I wore them the rest of the day, when I got home I immediately put on my new Resilient pair and they were PERFECT!
Why the discrepancy? Is there any way to return these and get a smaller (narrower) size? I love all of your mule style D'lites and want this fabulous color!
Asked on 7/27/2017 by Lisa from Texas

          1 answer

          • Staff Reviewer

            A:

You may want to check the size on the label of the New Leaf - if they are the correct size as you ordered, it's possible that the knit fabric type upper just has a naturally looser fit right out of the box. This hasn't been seen to be the case for most customers, though. If you would like to return these for a smaller size, it may be for the best. I have also heard that machine washing the knit upper shoes like that one can cinch up the fabric upper a little.

          Q:

Hello Tim, I know you have been saying that you will be getting a lot of the D'Lites in this year! Just wanted to know will you be getting some more colors of these in, or some D'Lites in these same styles with different colors? For someone who didn't even like the D'Lites when you first got them in, I sure do love them now, but need more colors. You have too many black or white ones, or black with white ones. This is a super cute style too, just want more colors! I'm still hoping for the mint green in this style soon! I guess I'm like a kid, I get so excited over the D'Lites that I just have a hard time waiting for them all to come in! (LOL) :)

I asked the product teams about making more colors in the New Leaf design, and they told me they are going to add more colors for the next go-round on these, which should be later on in the year. Still to come within the next few months, though, are some all new D'Lites designs that you should find pretty interesting. Stay tuned!

          Q:

What is the difference between Women's D'Lites - Scene Setter, Women's D'Lites - leaf, and all the other slip on "active shoes"?
Asked on 3/27/2017 by Judy from Arizona

          1 answer

          • Staff Reviewer

            A:

The D'Lites New Leaf model has a Skech Knit Mesh nearly seamless fabric upper design, while the Scene Setter has a leather and synthetic upper. The Scene Setter also has practical laces while the New Leaf has a stretch fabric panel. Other slip on low backed sneakers may have similar looks, but different outsole designs. I recommend the D'Lites versions for the comfort midsole and Air Cooled Memory Foam insoles.
