I have been looking for "sneakers" that are comfortable and not too clunky looking. I have very wide feet and bunions on both feet, and finding shoes that don't rub my bunions or squish my toes up too much is difficult. These fit perfectly. I recently wore them on an 18-day trip to Italy, where not only was I walking tons every day, but I was also walking on challenging surfaces -- cobblestones, steep hills, etc. My feet were tired at the end of the day but not once did I get blisters or sore bunions. The fact that these shoes are fairly lightweight was also a plus. I bought them in a size 9W. I love, love, love them!

The quality about the shoes is not as expected. I had to throw my last pair only a few months after started wearing them for twice-three times/week jogging. Because the tongue came off. The second pair's memory form became not very supportive after a month of wearing, but still comfortable. Overall the shoes are stylish, looking cool, and comfortable for daily casual wear.

    Comments about Flex Appeal 2.0:

I have been desperately searching for sneakers wide enough to accommodate a wide foot with a messed up bunion operation and deep enough so my toes do t scratch up against the top of the shoe. This sneakers is soft without annoying seams and flexible without being heavy. Too bad I didn't find these sooner. I could have saved hundreds of dollars on other sneakers that didn't fit me well. I totally recommend these sneakers!!

      Comments about Flex Appeal 2.0:

I wear my Skechers for my daily walk. They were comfortable right out of the box. I haven't bought sneakers for about 20 yrs because I found they made my feet hot. I don't have that problem with the Skechers. I'm very happy with the fit & they're so light in weight too. I've had lots of compliments when I wear them. Skechers is the only brand shoe I will buy. Well made & super comfortable.

I have a bad lower back and will be starting a job in housekeeping where I will be on my feet moving around a lot. Will these shoes provide heel and lower back support?

              Q:

Will these stretch out a bit as they are fabric?
One of my feet measures just slightly over 91/2 if I press down on my big toe, and the other foot measures as size 9 .
Would you recommend getting a size 10 or 9,5?
I don't want my shoes to feel too big, but also want them to fit properly.
              Thank you.

                A:

There is a small amount of stretch in the fabric upper, but it should not stretch out lengthwise. I would recommend getting these in a size 9.5 if that is the size of the larger foot - the Air Cooled Memory Foam insoles should help provide a custom-feel fit.

The 11863 is a heathered jersey fabric Synergy sneaker, I would recommend the Flex Appeal 2.0 model as a similar look and feel that is also available in a Wide. There are some Synergy 2.0 shoes available, but nothing that similar looking to the other model in a Wide.

The Flex Appeal shoes have a very good traction outsole, but they are not classified as a Slip Resistant shoe if your workplace requires that type of shoe. There are some very similar lightweight slip resistant shoes available in the Work category on Skechers.com though, like the Burst SR, or D'Lites SR models.

The Flex Appeal 2.0 model should be good for Zumba and other dance fitness activities - it has a very flexible outsole with traction that lends itself to that type of activity.
