Comments about Skechers On the GO 400 - Glacial 2.0:
These are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. I have severe lower back pain because my gait is off so it hurts all the time. These boots I happen to wear a few days in a row because of a snowstorm in my area, we got 2 1/2 feet of snow over three days. I wore them every day and let me tell you, My back is pain free. The reason I wore them had nothing to do with my back pain but now I don't want to take them off. The are also very warm. If you have sweaty feet, I don't think you will be comfortable in these. I love how warm they are.

Q:Need boots for large 19" calf diameter. Are the Glaiser for extra large calf's?
A:The Glacial 2.0 boot has a 4 1/2 inch top width at a 10 inch point, but they are also a lace up model, so you can loosen the laces to give them a bit more width. In a cold weather boot, the Descender - Andes, Highlanders - Portland, and On the GO 400 - Cozies boots may also be a good choice.
Q:What are the differences between the Glacier and Glacier 2.0? Are the dimensions of the shoe any different? I really liked the Glacier boots but they were too narrow and tight over the bridge of the foot even with thin socks and going up a whole size. I'm wondering if this version might have a little more room? Thanks
A:The main difference between the Glacial and the Glacial 2.0 is that the 2.0 model is fully waterproofed and insulated with Thinsulate, so it's more of a serious winter boot. The dimensions should not differ significantly between the two different models, though.
