Really. really. really, REALLY NEED MORE WIDER WIDTH SHOES FOR ALL US OLD, FAT PEOPLE.
I have had wide feet since birth. Love the way your shoes look. Can never find any I can fit my foot into. All you have is a few, and I mean A FEW styles to choose from. C doesn't cut it, guys! D and E width. Tired of buying my shoes in the boy's department. Please help! Even the employee in the store said she has to buy boys shoes....

I wanted to replace my favorite sketchers which were no longer available. These come close in style but not make. I would always wear my SN21159 without socks. The new version doesn't breathe as well and socks are required - which steals from the comfort, ease of use, and style factor. I love the 'stream line,' light weight, low heel, NON clunky features of the shoe and the color WHITE. I would buy a new replacement pair to my old ones if I could find one! These will do for now.

These shoes are lightweight.... great for my job running around the recreation center all day... rarely sitting down.
I live in a warm climate, so I need a shoe that breathes. They are best worn without socks.
I have them in white, but they spot clean just fine.q

The very first pair of Sketchers I bought was when they first went on the market in my area many years ago
They cost 9.99. Now we have a Sketchers store and the sneakers are worth the price. They are the most
comfortable shoes I have ever worn

Do you think this shoe is comfortable enough to wear for a 12 hr nurse shift?

                A:

From what our customers tell us, the Gratis are a very comfortable walking shoe, and should be good for lots of walking and standing. Certainly there are shoes available with more cushioning and padding if that is a concern though - I would also recommend the Skechers GOwalk 3 or GOwalk 4 or the Burst models for their support and cushioning.

                A:

The Gratis shoes should be decent for wearing in wet or dry conditions - they do not have any leather or suede in the uppers, and should dry quickly. These are not a waterproof or water resistant design.

                A:

The Gratis shoes are considered a 'Sport Active' shoe, they are very good for walking and some light training, but they're not really considered to be a true athletic shoe, and I wouldn't recommend them for running.

                Hi Sam,
These shoes are SO comfortable. I have back and knee problems myself so I can empathize with you. I had knee surgery and my Sketchers have been perfect during my recuperation and physical therapy. I normally wear size 10 wide but 10 fit well. They did stretch a little. I've hardly worn any other shoes over the past six months since I purchased these. Best buy ever! I'm looking to buy at least two more pairs.
                Good luck.

                A:

The Gratis shoes should be nice and flexible but should also hold their shape well. The bungee laced front should make them easy to slip on and walk with comfort, but keeps the shoe in place and makes they nice and neat. The upper with its mix of solid material and mesh feels stable and comfortable and is not designed to stretch out.
