Usually wear a size 12m. For some reason, when I tried on the skechers I went for an 11.5 extra wide. They fit like a glove, better then any shoe I've ever tried.
The downside is lacing them just right. What I mean is, if you lace them a slight bit lose, your feet will feel like they're sliding a bit too much around the heel area. But if you lace them even the slightest bit tight, your feet will start hurting on top almost immediately.
Also, the tread on the shoes is unique but it surely won't last long. When it's gone, the shoes may become slicks. I don't know, but if they do, I guess I'll be getting crafty with a glue gun.
With all this in mind, I plan on buying a couple more pairs of these. The pros far out weigh the cons.

These shoes were used as part of a Marina uniform shoe. Soles are white and non-marring. They are very comfortable. The softest wearing shoe I have ever worn.
Now the down side. These shoes are only one month old and the soles are worn smooth. We are on our feet all day. Mostly on concrete. The best recommendation that I can make for these shoes is, no heavy concrete use. If you use these as general use you will be impressed by the comfort.

Had a pair that were a bit too small and uncomfortable. Ordered larger size and width at the store and they are perfect! I am diabetic and these make a huge difference.

Comments about Burst - Second Wind:

I have Plantars Faciitis and this Memory Foam Soled Shoe has allowed me to work and play without the pain associated with t it. I know Skechers is in the Golf Shoe Business and I own two pair of them, but I golf in My Memory Foam Shoes, due to the Extra Comfort. They are Amazing! I do wish they were a Little More Durable, but I don't want to give up the cushion, so I remain Very Pleased!

                A:

If you are on the UK site - check the top right corner to see you are on the correct one - you would order the UK size. If you are in the UK, you would want to order from the UK website.

Currently Skechers does not make a narrow width shoe, but many of our Sport shoes feature a full length Memory Foam insole like the Burst model. Most customers with narrow feet find that the Memory Foam provides a very good fit.

                A:

These shoes are usually worn with a thinner athletic or no-show type sock, so if you are intending on wearing them with a heavier sock you may want to go a half size bigger for comfort.
