Q:Ok in general my story is.... I bought Sketchers Air Supreme in March 2016 when I was in The UK. Two weeks later part of the rubber elements in the air system was damaged. I was on a hollyday and the next two weeks I noticed how the rubber start running out. Meanwhile the front mesh of the right shoe get unriped. So I have them for no more than 3 months, I wear them no more than once a week and they are ruin. I thing that this is unacceptable for a company like yours. Could you make something about my problem? I am no longer in the UK so I can't change them for new. If you don't protect your costomers' rights and interest, I thing it's right to make a video in YouTube so other people have in mind that Sketchers doesn't have the expected quality. If your engeneering team wants them I could send them for further investigation.
A:Shoes get damaged, it happens - if the shoes are defective, you could contact a local Skechers Retail store to see if they will exchange these, or try to get the shoes exchanged or refunded locally. It's not quite as easy if you have no Skechers Retail stores near you, but it's likely that you should have something available.
