These are very comfortable shoes for working in retail on a concrete floor for 8+ hours a day. My other shoes had such thin cushioning that at the end of the day I wanted to do anything but be on my feet. The "air cooled memory foam" caught my attention and I can say that these are definitely comfortable and not half bad looking. I love the all black color as it goes with anything and hides stains from work.

My only gripes with these shoes are: 1. They tend to fit a little loose, I bought the standard width shoes and I normally wear a 10.5, I could have probably fitted into a 10 in these a little better and 2. The shoe laces are WAY too long. I have to tie them in a double knot so they don't drag on the floor.

Sizing was totally off for me on this shoe.
D width in my usual size 10 was too narrow. Definitely was giving the sides of my foot the squeeze.
Tried sizing up to a 10.5 D but it just felt too long and sloppy in the length. Too much extra shoe in front of my toes, but the width felt correct.
Tried the wide version in a 10, and OMG is it wide. It looks freakishly large. I've tried plenty of 2E shoes from New Balance and none of them necessarily look that much wider, they just provide extra material for wrapping around your foot. My foot was swimming in the 10 Wide. Ultimately, I liked the style and look of this shoe, but it was a no-go for me. Disappointed because Skechers D width is usually pretty comfortable. I've worn Skechers casual shoes in the past, and currently use Skechers Performance shoes for running, so I was definitely surprised at how off the fit was on the Flex Advantage 2.0 Happs.

If it happens to fit your foot, this might be a great shoe for you, just make sure you try it on, or order multiple sizes to try. Just be aware the Wide version looks and feels huge. It's made for seriously wide/large feet, not for someone that just needs a little bit of extra width over the D width.

Wonderful shoes. I have arthritis in my right arch and these shoes are so soft and very comfortable. I went to Disneyland with these shoes and we "closed the park". No discomfort at all.
I have recommended them to my podiatrist for her arthritis patients.

There are still options in all-white men's shoes - I recommend the Skechers GOrun 600 - Refine, Skyline - Woodmist, D'Lites - Buffston, or classic Energy - After Burn in all white athletic shoes. There are also some all-white classic-look sneakers such as the Sesma andTrannon models.

I don't recognize those shoes by that particular number - usually the style number is a five digit number. You can find it on the shoe box or the label inside the shoe. Sometimes it has SN in front of it, for Style Number. I would advise looking at men's Sneakers or Casual shoes and selecting Slip On to see what is currently available, there is a good chance you will see something like what you have.

                Q:

I am a 77 years old man who has not been able to play golf since 2003 (Reason: Kidney Transplant). Over the years, I haven't had any other health except for "a lack of physical activity. Because I am out of shape, the bottom of my feet is real TENDER. I am looking for a comfortable pair of golf shoes that would/might allow me to maybe play 9 holes without being too painful. I know that I am getting old, but there aren't many things this Veteran would like to do again more than learning to swing the golf club a few more times. In addition to the golf shoes, I am also looking for the quickest way to get into a reasonable level of "golf shape" ( physically and mechanically) so that I might play a few rounds. I would appreciate any helpful advice anyone may have in these areas. Thanks for your patience...

You may want to take a look at the Skechers GO GOLF line of golf shoes - they are well cushioned and very comfortable for walking the course. The GO GOLF Fairway line of shoes are super lightweight, well cushioned and soft inside for maximum walking comfort.

What is the difference in all your memory foam shoes? Such as the air cooled, the gel infused, and the regular memory foam? I'm 67 years old, 190 pounds, like to walk, play golf, and sometimes stand for extended periods of time. What would you recommend?

                  A:

They are fairly similar designs. The Memory Foam is all memory foam with a fabric cover. The Gel Infused version adds a layer of gel cushioning for added support. The Air Cooled model also adds the gel layer and cooling perforations for improved air flow and comfort. Of the three I prefer the Air Cooled version, that is what is in most of the newer model shoes.

The Flex Advantage shoes are ideal for gym fitness and walking, the outsoles are grippy but not necessarily all-terrain suitable. They should be well cushioned and comfortable for wearing when working. They are not considered to be a 'slip resistant' type shoe though.

The Flex Advantage does not necessarily have a roomier fit at the toe and forefoot, so you may want to try these in the 2E width since it's available.
