I've had a few pairs of the "Absolute" (slip-on, less "dressy") and loved them - I wear them primarily for work (office job) and they fit perfect in every way. These "Slerno - Oxford" shoes are a significant step up in terms of appearance but like many shoes of this style are notably longer than a "sneaker" type shoe of the same labeled size - which is just something to be aware of, I don't particularly mind it.
Also be aware that they've got the least "give" in the arch compared to any other shape ups I've worn, but they're still by far the most comfortable "dress" shoe I've ever had and I'm thrilled to have found them.
I've had a bad knee since a fairly dramatic car accident and these shoes make walking around at conferences/conventions much more livable.
Thank you, Skechers for making comfortable dress shoes!

I have not been able to wear these very long as yet. The heel is quite stiff and I'm feel that they may wear sores on my heel. I do a lot of walking and standing on the job and the dresser look is what pulled me to them, the Skecher work series is what I have been wearing and they were comformable to wear from day one and I don't think these are.

Sketcher needs to realize that Men with a 12.5 shoe would like other styles. I hate that they discriminate and dont make a 12.5 size in most styles. I would buy them but they don't sell them any more.
Hooked on the mid-sole impact design of the shape-up series. I wear nothing else. Back pain, leg pain, foot pain ALL GONE thanks to Skecher designed shoes. Only wish you had more choices for men. Women have all the luck.
I own a brown pair and black pair and love them
I love these shoes and wear them in a business environment.....stylish and comfortable
The comfort of these shoes is outstanding. I am on my feet all day and since I started wearing the SKECHERS Shape-ups I have not had any of the
problems with my feet that I had become accustomed to dealing with. When I found the dress style I coundn't wait to get a pair and I have not been disappointed. I would recommed these shoes to everyone.

Q:I own a shape ups tennis shoe size 10. Should I expect this Salerno shoe to be sized similarly?
A:From what I hear, the Shape-ups dress shoes should have a similar size as the more athletic versions. You may want to read reviews of the dressier men's Shape-ups to see how the fit runs.
Q:I have size 13 ShapeUps tennis shoe and love it. So I purchased the Oxford ShapeUps, first in size 13 (way to big) and recently 12 (still an inch too long). Are these shoes way oversized? I'll have to return both pairs and try a size 11 or 11 1/2 next. But the return postage is gonna eat me up. Should I order an 11 or 11 1/2? I really want to get one that fits.
A:Due to the difference in the design, the dress Shape-ups do fit a bit different from the athletic ones. I'd recommend seeing if you can try on the different sizes at a SKECHERS retail store before ordering your next ones.
