The Mark Nason Foxhill is more of a true dress shoe, it has some traction on the outsole but it is not considered to be a Slip Resistant traction sole if you require that type of sole for a workplace. If you require a dressy shoe that is also Slip Resistant I would recommend the Gretna - Gering work shoe.

There are many different men's shoes available in a Wide Fit, which is a 3E width. This particular shoe is not one of the shoes available in a wide, but there are many other casual men's shoes available.
