While the shoes do not come with a warranty, the company will replace shoes that have defects within the first two months or so of ownership. Some of the reported 'defects' were resolved by charging the shoes.

We bought the swipe light limited edition before Christmas, and it's a couple of days after 45 days and his shoes will not come on! He barely wears them and 1 will not come on, it holds a charge but will not come on at all. What can I do to get this resolved?
You may want to see if the off button is being held down or is deactivating the lights - that's the side button. Sometimes the Swipe Lights respond well to a press, sometimes a swipe. If that has all been tried, and it's been fully recharged recently, these may be defective. You may want to contact Customer Service for a replacement pair.

Charged the shoes like directed first charge and already they won't turn on. We have the limited edition black and white swipe shoes. What can we do to fix them?
You may want to check to see the shoes are both responding to touch and that the side off button is not stuck down - if the shoes still do not light up on a full charge, these may need to be returned as a defect for a replacement.

The Swipe Lights come in larger sizes in a Boys' shoe, which does translate to women's sizes. For a women's 9 I would normally recommend the Boys' size 7. That is currently out of stock in these Swipe Lights, but you may also want to try a size 7.5, which is currently available.

What if a child is wearing them and it's raining or snowing are they still ok to wear?
Currently the Swipe Lights comes in sizes up to a youth size 7 as well as an additional 7.5 and 8, which are men's sizes. It does not currently come in a size 9.5 though. Select Skechers Retail stores may still carry the original Energy Lights shoes in the men's size range - that is what is currently available in a 9.5 men's.

We just bought the shoes but one shoe doesn't turn on can i take them to the store I have the receipt but not the box what can I do?
You may want to try charging the shoe that does not turn on. If that does not help, then you may want to return these to the store along with the receipt - if it's a true defect, the stores will not need the box (the receipt always helps though) and should replace your shoes.

Do the Swipe lights come in adult sizes?

Not currently, but the larger sized kids version can fit a women's size - they convert two whole sizes up. A boys' size 6 is a women's size 8. There may be men's sizes in light up shoes coming in 2018 as well.
