Good for kids
There is an on/off switch on the tongue. Took me a few minutes to figure that out and realize why they didn't light up at first.
My little guy stomps all over the house watching them light up.
HE WEARS THEM
Service and delivery comments:
Would not recommend for children too stiff and not flexible

Q:you are talking about the product battery lasting a long time but when I received my shoes one shoe did not even work when I turned them on so I went online to see about exchanges and you guys recommend returning and placing a new order since at the time I ordered this pair I signed up for the elite membership and received free shipping and a 15% off coupon off my order will you guys still apply the coupon and free shipping with the new order I have to place because of faulty defective product I received ?
A:Rather than doing that, I recommend contacting customer service and requesting a replacement for a defective product - they should be able to replace your product with none of the ordering or payment issues.
Q:Just got my adult lights came with no instructions can you help
A:The Energy Lights page has some instructions on it, and here's a little rundown on them. They come fully charged, you press the button on the tongue to start the light-up sequence. Keep pressing for the seven different colors, then the white strobe light, then three additional different color cycle sequences. If at any time you want to stop the lights, just hold the button for a few seconds and it will shut off. The Energy Lights should light up continuously for about 8 hours on a full charge. If you see them getting dim or not functioning as usual, you will want to recharge them with the included cable - plug that into an outlet with any standard adapter for the fastest charge, then plug in the dual recharge cables into the recharge ports under the tongue flaps. Make sure the cable is fully plugged in, you will see the shoe light up red and blink to indicate they are charging. Charge both shoes until they stop blinking - should take two or three hours. Enjoy!
Q:Since the shoe is not rechargeable, what needs to be done in order for the lights to continue working? This pertains to the "light up shoe for toddlers".
A:Because these are more of a conventional light-up shoe, the lights are activated by the child walking in the shoes, and that function can be controlled using the switch on the tongue. Like a regular light up shoe, they are powered by a battery, which should last for a very long time, and there is no need to recharge this model.
