I love these shoes and own several colors! They fit me true to size and are very comfortable, and can easily be worn all day long! They come with two different color shoe laces and gives the shoes two different looks, both look great. I wear mine mainly for casual wear to go here and there, but I also use them for walking. I have received many compliments on the style and the colors of my shoes. Many people have asked where they could purchase a pair! I like a good walking shoe, but I have to have shoes with style that look good too, and these fit the bill. I really like it when I purchase shoes and get rewarded for it too, where I get 10, 20 or 30.00 dollars off or more for my next purchase, it just puts a smile on my face every time! :) I rate these shoes with 5 stars, and definitely recommend them! :)

Though I find these very comfortable, I've only been worn them for two weeks and the soles are already getting slick and worn. I would only recommend these if you are only going to wear them occasionally or only indoors. Does not appear to be durable enough for everyday walking on concrete.

              Q:

I will go to Europe for 2 weelks soon with lots of walk everyday! Plan to take 2 pair of shoes, one is On the go 400 cozies boots for walking on the rock road and raining days (weather 40F-60F), the other one thinking to buy either Gowalk 4 or Burst divergent hi-top? I read the reviews to know that the best walking sneaker is Gowalk 4 but just don't like the looks at all! I like Burst better for the fashion looks & more dressy as go to dinner, but are not sure (1) if Burst can do lots of long walk when travel as comfortable as Gowalk4 ? (2) Will Burst has a good cushion for the heel (Gowalk 4 has more soft cushion on Gogo Max) & good support for ankle? Pls advise in detail, Tks

I would say the Burst - Divergent would be a great choice for lots of walking - they are comfortable and well cushioned with the Burst material midsole, and the Air Cooled Memory Foam insole provides very good arch support for walking. The high top design should also give you good support.

There is a black/black color in the similar looking Burst - Up and Under model for men, it is currently out of stock but appears to be coming back into stock around early mid December. The Burst - Donlen is another Burst model with a high-rise front, that is currently in stock in a black color.

While I have not yet purchased these shoes, I have played tennis for 20 years. You should have a smooth sole on your tennis shoe. If you have traction on the bottom of your sole it is more likely that you can injure yourself. Please consider this. I would not personally buy this shoe for tennis, but for walking.

The Burst shoes are meant as a comfort sneaker that could also be used for some gym activities. They have a smooth outsole with soft traction nubs. I haven't heard from any customers specifically regarding tennis playing in these, but they should be comfortable and supportive for a casual game at least.

I like the navy ones. I'm looking for very fresh shoes, but I'm wondering if the mesh is open or if it has another fabric covering the holes from inside? I'd like to get as many ventilation as posible, since I live in a very hot place.
I'd also like to know if these ones are the same ones sold in Amazon by Scheckers, since the ones in there seem to have padded tongue and more pad from inside. Could you please clarify this too? Thanks.

                A:

The mesh on the Divergent shoe is nice and breezy, it's stable and durable yet has very good air flow. These should be the same model as the ones that Amazon sells, especially if they are the same name. I'm not sure what their photos look like, but the Divergent shoes on skechers.com should be the correct look.
